Collection: Transportation

Designated staff will assist members with transportation needs to appointments, home, employment, etc. based on need. Staff will educate members on how to utilize public transportation if needed. We also partner with outside transportation providers and utilize their services for members requiring transportation from their residence to the clinic and other activities.
