Collection: Court Ordered Evaluations (COE)

We offer court ordered evaluations at the facility of which the individual is housed or hospitalized. They are provided by our Psych Nurse Practitioner. This service is provided to our members or to the public. The COE determines the severity of a specific mental or behavioral health concern and determines an individual’s capacity to adequately function and care for themselves. The COE may take up to 72 hours in order to complete the evaluation and ensure the individual’s safety.
